After many years of trying to purchase the land which stood in front of where the Hartley Estate is now Brian & Maureen Hartley were finally given the opportunity to purchase the region called Anderson Town in 2012. It was badly run down and needed to be brought back into the 21st Century, but due to the couples increasing Business commitments it would remain undeveloped for another 3 years.
After leaving University in 2011 age 22 Michelle followed her dream and continued working as a full time Model working with some of the biggest Fashion Magazines in the Metaverse, but in 2014 just 5 weeks after Michelles 25th Birthday both Brian and Maureen Hartley were tragically killed in a plane crash coming back from a business meeting where they had secured a very lucrative property deal. Unfortunately The Hartley's private Jet was at the local airport having a major service, so they had to hire a plane to take them on the fateful 2500 mile round trip.
As an only child this devastating accident was taking a toll on Michelle and she was finding it very hard to cope without her Mum and Dad. She turned to her Aunt Erika Hartley and some of her very close friends for support. It would be nearly three weeks before Michelle could lay her parents to rest due to the Accident Investigations and it was found the plane went down becuase of a very large bird stike.
Seven months after the funeral Michelle recieved a phone call from her parents Lawyers requesting that both Michelle and Erika attend a meeting with Brian & Maureens Lawyer who was the appointed executor of the will. It was a very nerve racking day for both of the woman but, when the will was read out it came as a shock. The Hartley Estate and all its assets were to be shared equally or joint owned by the girls which included other property's in the Meterverse, The Car Collection, Private Jet, Yacht, Helicopter and Maureen Hartleys Fashion House. After all taxes & finances were finalised the final cash figure of $680 million was to be distributed out as per the Hartleys instructions. Michelle & Erika would both receive $250 million each. The remaining $180 million would be set aside for the upkeep of the Hartley Estate and the rebuilding of the run down Anderson Town.
Eventually the Anderson Town project would be started financed and developed from the huge inheritance that was set aside by the Hartley's for Michelle & Erika to develop the land. The construction of the newly renamed Redlight City took 18 months to complete and it would soon become very successful with all the Adult entertainment venues. Unfortunately a lot of the buildings in the the City were partially destroyed a year later by Michelles ex partner Stephen Maxwell and his co-conspiritors. After having long meetings and discussions with friends and business collegues it would take another year to rebuild the damaged buildings.
While work in the new City was going on both Michelle & Erika decided to form a Council of Dominant Females and the new region was renamed FemDom City. This time the City would be protected and would be under the control of the newley formed Council who put in place very strict rules and regulations for anyone living or visiting the City. All Females are now seen as superior to any Male resident or visitor and new laws were put in place forbidding any Male doing any high quality work. The only employment the Males would be allowed to take on were Club Dancers, Waiters and Service Positions that served not only the Dominatrix in the City but any of the Female residents and visitors.
There has also been a lot of work being done on the Hartley Estate with new luxurious houses being built. To the left of the Manor House is Erika Hartleys fabulous large house which her Brother Brian Hartley gave her as she found the Manor to big to live in. It was much easier for Erika to live her Dominant lifestyle which was a very well kept secret from the family. All the other houses are owned exclusively by the city's Dominatrix. There are other houses now currently being built for Dominant Females who are from outside of FemDom City and wish to rent a property.
